D.C. cyclist hit by truck - and then ticketed

A cyclist is in the hospital Tuesday after being struck by a truck in D.C. - but the cyclist is the one that got the ticket.

That's because police say he ran a red light on his Capital Bikeshare bike and that wasn't the only safety concern.
