The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports:
D.C. native Danny White wanted to be funny and got a personalized license plate reading NO-TAGS. Turns out, the joke is on him. He's been rewarded more than $20,000 in traffic tickets.
White says he gets a bill whenever police come across a car without a license plate and write "No Tags" on the ticket.
Every few months, he has to fight government bureaucracy. His driving record is so damaged by the joke, he can't get his license or registration renewed.
