The Washington Post reports that a jury was seated on Thursday (http://wapo.st/y1tQFA).

Four of the men - 22-year-old Orlando Carter, 23-year-old Robert Bost, 23-year-old Jeffrey Best and 23-year-old Lamar Williams - are each charged in a drive-by attack that killed three and wounded six in one of the city's worst shootings in nearly two decades.

Carter, and his brother 21-year-old Saquan Carter, are charged along with Best and Williams in the shooting death of 20-year-old Jordan Howe on March 22, 2010.

Prosecutors say the three people killed in the drive-by attack on March 30, 2010, were at Howe's funeral earlier that day.
