Kyle Spencer Thom arrested for allegedly raping 12-year-old girl

The Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl.

Authorities say 20-year-old Kyle Spencer Thom faces charges of rape, sodomy, indecent liberties with a minor, and aggravated sexual battery.
Police say Thom had an intimate relationship with the girl while he was allowed to stay at her home as he was trying to get back on his feet, investigators say.
