Male shot in Riverdale

A male was shot in Riverdale late Wednesday, police said.

About 10:20 p.m., Prince George's County police found a male shot in the 6400 block of 61st Place in Riverdale.
The male--whose age was not immediately known--was taken to an area hospital in serious condition.
No other information was immediately available.
