Marion Barry feeling better after health issue

ABC 7 News has learned D.C. Ward 8 councilman Marion Barry suffered from an issue with his insulin during this evening’s State of the District address, by D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray.
ABC 7 News was there when Barry needed assistance to leave after the speech was over. ABC 7’s Sam Ford spoke with Barry’s spokesperson, who says he is feeling much better and did not need to go to the hospital and instead went to a D.C. restaurant for a late dinner. The 75 year old Barry suffers from diabetes.
