QUEEN ANNE, Md. (AP) - The Talbot County Sheriff's Office says deputies have arrested a man they say sexually assaulted two teenage girls after providing them with alcohol and marijuana.
Twenty-nine-year-old Matthew James Rust of Queen Anne was charged Thursday with rape, sex offense and other crimes.
He is being held on $750,000 bond.
Deputies tell The Cecil Whig the girls became intoxicated to the point of losing consciousness at time.
Investigators say Rust performed sex acts on both girls.
