Man shot at vigil in New Carrollton for victim of earlier shooting

Friday night, a vigil was being held at a basketball court for a victim of a shooting earlier this week when a person in a mask ran toward an individual in the group and shot him.
It happened in the 5200 block of 85th Avenue in New Carrollton. Police are interviewing witnesses.
