Protesters demonstrate at Memorial Bridge

Police arrested four protesters Monday who were demonstrating at the Memorial Bridge.
Police on foot and on boats pulled the protesters off the bridge. The protesters were holding a sign reading "Tibet will be free."
Police say the group peacefully surrendered.
