Stephanie Schwab indicted

The woman accused of a crime spree that included robbing two banks and a carjacking was indicted last week on multiple charges, including robbing banks and transporting a stolen vehicle.

The grand jury indicted Stephanie Schwab on Feb. 16. Schwab, who some dubbed the “blonde bandit,” was arrested Nov. 30 after she allegedly tried to rob another bank.

Authorities said Schwab attempted to rob a BB&T Bank branch in the 6200 block of Old Dominion Drive in Arlington and is responsible for a Tysons Corner carjacking, two bank robberies and stealing a vehicle.

She is scheduled to be in court on Friday.
