Three bound in Bowie home invasion
Updated: February 23, 2012 - 12:39 pm
A search for two suspects in an early-morning Bowie home invasion continues Thursday after they got away in a luxury car stolen from one of the victims, authorities say.
Just before 6 a.m., Prince George's County Police say two male suspects, wearing all black and ski masks, broke into a home in the 12600 block of Henderson Chapel Lane. They then tied up three people, including two adults and a foster child. The suspect was armed with a rifle-type firearm, police say.
No one was injured in the home invasion, but the suspects were able to get away with an undisclosed amount of cash, several other items and a 1999 gold Jaguar XJ8. Police are on the lookout for the car, which has Maryland tags and the license plate number 92054CA.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Prince George's County Police.
