Track problem causes delays on Metro's Blue, Orange lines

Normal service has resumed on the Blue and Orange Lines of Metro after an earlier track problem near the Rosslyn station caused delays.
Trains were single-tracking on the Blue Line between the Foggy Bottom and Arlington Cemetery and on the Orange Line between Ballston-MU and Foggy Bottom stations.
