Two bodies found in New Carrollton

Police are investigating whether two bodies found in New Carrollton overnight are related.

Prince George’s County Police spokesperson Cpl. Mike Rodriguez says one body was discovered on 85th Avenue about 10:46 p.m. Monday, near the New Carrollton Metro station.
A short while later, Rodriguez says a second body found lying on the ground by a bicycle near 78th Avenue and Garrison Road.
He says both people had also suffered sort of trauma.
There is no word on the cause of death in either incident.
