Alexis Alston of Wheaton found

A woman from Wheaton with mental and physical conditions who was reported missing has now been found, Montgomery County Police said.
Alexis Alston, 19, was reported missing Wednesday evening. Police reported Thursday morning that she was found unharmed.
Alston has a “diminished mental capacity,” according to Montgomery County Police. She is "non-verbal,” police say, and suffers from several medical conditions and walks with a limp.
