7 on Your Side: Developer resumes work on Capitol Heights community
March 9, 2012 - 01:02 am
A three-month investigation by ABC7's Jay Korff has led a developer to resume work on a townhouse project that began more than three years ago.
After Jay's "7 On Your Side" reports, residents are seeing significant results.
Crews are now paving a once-eroding road and building sidewalks. Residents are thrilled.
WATCH: Jay Korff talks with the happy residents and with the developer, Michael Carnock, who finished the townhouses more than three years ago, but says he was forced to halt the project after most of his lenders went out of business.
