Cash reward offered in Columbia Heights IHOP shooting
March 14, 2012 - 09:39 am
WASHINGTON (AP) - District of Columbia police say they are offering a reward for information on a shooting at a restaurant in the Columbia Heights neighborhood.
Authorities say a man was shot an IHOP restaurant at 14th and Irving streets about 6:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police say the victim had been involved in argument with another man, who was accompanied by two other men and a woman.
Police are offering a reward of $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
The IHOP opened in November 2010 and is in the same complex as Target, Best Buy and a number of other chains in the gentrifying neighborhood.
