D.C. mayor to unveil 2013 budget

WASHINGTON (AP) - District of Columbia Mayor Vincent Gray is preparing to unveil his budget.

The budget for fiscal year 2013 aims to close a $172.2 million gap between revenues and expenses.

Gray will present the spending plan to the D.C. Council on Friday morning, then brief reporters on it.
