Dr. Seuss' birthday: What's your favorite Dr. Seuss book?
If he were still alive today, Theodor Seuss Geisel would have turned 108 years old.
You might know him better, though, as Dr. Seuss, and long after his death in 1991 at the age of 87, his children's books still have the kind of staying power that has transcended generations.
Between his most popular works, including Green Eggs and Ham, The Cat in the Hat, Horton Hears a Who!, The Lorax and How The Grinch Stole Christmas, it's difficult to enter an elementary school classroom or kid's bedroom and not find a copy of one of his books on a shelf.
Everyone seems to have a favorite rhyme that they remember the most from Dr. Seuss. Instead of our traditional ABC7 Poll of the Day, we'd rather you tell us what your favorite Dr. Seuss rhyme or book was.
Leave us a comment or tell us on Facebook or Twitter. You may see your response on ABC7 News tonight!
