Jacob Lee Bovia charged with indecent exposure on community college campus
A 28-year-old Annapolis man is facing multiple indecent exposure charges in a string of incidents in which he technically did not expose himself, police say.
Anne Arundel County Police arrested Jacob Lee Bovia on March 2 and charged him with three counts of indecent exposure and two counts of disorderly conduct. However, police say that instead of exposing himself to female victims, Bovia was allegedly displaying fake genitalia.
Police say that between Feb. 16 and 22, several women said that a man was exposing himself to them on the campus of Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold. They describe a man in a silver vehicle exposing himself at various locations on and off campus.
About a week later, authorities say they spotted Bovia in a 2009 silver Honda Accord. The suspect was in possession of the fake genitalia at the time and was arrested, police say.
