Martin O'Malley, Bob McDonnell to be on 'Meet the Press'

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley will be appearing on "Meet the Press" with Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell. The program is scheduled for Sunday.

O'Malley heads the Democratic Governors Association while McDonnell chairs the Republican Governors Association.

The two have worked to keep a positive working relationship on local issues for the two neighboring states.

McDonnell even attended O'Malley's second inaugural address last year.

However, they vigorously debate national political issues.
