Maryland bill would ban smoking in cars with children under 8

A bill in the Maryland Senate would ban anyone from smoking in a vehicle in the presence of a child under the age of eight.
ABC7's Ben Eisler talks with people who believe it's too much state involvement.
But others tell him children should be protected. If their parents won't protect them, then the state should step in, some say.
