Matching day for medical school students - what about romance?
Across the U.S., it's 'match' day for medical school students – the day they find out where they'll spend the next four to seven years.
All of Georgetown University's 193 students matched this year, But some have the extra challenge of matching with their mates.
Love complicates their chances for internal medicine student Bob Rayson and his fiancé, neurology student Ashley White, are among those facing tough choices.
As a matching couple, if one doesn't get a first choice, they're bumped down the bracket. Ashley and Bob want a May wedding and UVA.
Bob and Ashley ended up getting accepted to different schools - Chapel Hill and Duke. Not the same but close enough.
And as a Tarheel and a Blue Devil, just imagine march madness next year.
