Metro: weekend work leads to delays of 15 minutes

WASHINGTON (AP) - Customers traveling by Metro train this weekend may experience delays of up to 15 minutes as a result of track work.
Metro says trains on the red line will single track between Shady Grove and Twinbrook. In addition, on the orange line, trains will single track between East Falls Church and West Falls Church. Orange and blue line trains will also single track between Eastern Market and Stadium-Armory. Metro says customers traveling on all three lines should allow 15 minutes of additional travel time.
Customers traveling on the green and yellow lines should add about 10 minutes of extra travel time because of track work.
