Oluwafemi T. Charles arrested for University of Maryland burglary, assault

COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) - A 28-year-old man is facing charges of burglarizing a University of Maryland dorm room and assaulting a female student.
University police say 28-year-old Oluwafemi T. Charles of Silver Spring, Md., was arrested Wednesday.
He's accused of a burglary in a seventh-floor Cumberland Hall residence on the College Park campus on Sunday.
Police say Charles entered the residence of an 18-year-old female student in an attempt to steal property.
Police say that while he was in the room he touched the student without her consent.
In a statement, police say Charles faces charges of burglary, theft, assault, and sex offense.
