Power restored in Fairfax after car crash

Power has been restored to hundreds of Fairfax County residents after an overnight car crash.
Police say a car hit a utility police at Lee Highway and Village Drive in Fairfax early Friday morning.
The car knocked down power lines and a transformer, knocking out electricty to approximately 2,000 customers in the area, Dominion Power reports.
One person injured in the accident was taken to the hospital. There’s no word on the victim’s condition at this time.
