Prince George's County budget plan to be released

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) - Prince George's County Executive Rushern Baker will be releasing his budget plan for the county.
Baker has scheduled a news conference Thursday in Upper Marlboro to discuss it.
Baker, a Democrat, will be outlining his plan to address an estimated $126 million deficit in fiscal year 2013.
