Prince George's County Schools' declining enrollment hurts budget

Prince George's County has lost roughly 1,000 kids per year for the past eight years.
The negative impact has ripple effects beyond the classroom, but it particularly hurts the county education budget.
To stop the decline, the county plans to offer more choces for parents.
