Stephon Harrigan arrested in Annapolis Mall robbery, two suspects at large
An 18-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the Feb. 23 robbery of a couple at the Westfield Annapolis Mall, police say.
Anne Arundel County Police, the Metropolitan Police Department and Montgomery County Police say they worked together to track down and arrest Stephon Alonte Harrigan on Feb. 29 at his home in Northeast D.C.
However, police are still on the hunt for Stephon's 20-year-old brother, Ronald, and an unidentified third suspect. An arrest warrant has been issued for Ronald.
On Feb. 23, police say that a 54-year-old woman and a 64-year-old man were robbed of a laptop computer as they walked to their car in a parking garage at the Annapolis shopping center.
Stephon was tracked down and caught at a home in the 300 block of Oneida Street NE and arrested. Detectives say they found evidence inside the home that connected him with the robbery.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Ronald Harrigan or the third suspect is asked to contact police.
