White Flint Station reopens after person struck by train

Single-tracking on the Red Line in the area of the White Flint Station continues Monday morning after a person was struck and killed by a train.
The White Flint Station on Metro's Red Line was temporarily closed while authorities began an investigation. A Montgomery County Fire spokesman said that their crews will be on the scene for a "significant amount of time."
Trains are single-tracking between Grosvenor-Strathmore and Twinbrook.
