Woodbridge power outage: Power restored

Power officials say they have restored power to thousands of customers in Woodbridge after a brief power outage.
About 14,500 customers were without power in Woodbridge Monday at the height of the outage.
The Dominion official says equipment failure at a substation may be the cause of the outage.
