EDGEWATER, Md. (AP) - An Anne Arundel County fire spokesman says a brush fire near an Edgewater marina is under control.
Capt. James Rostek says the fire has been contained, but not extinguished and is expected to be extinguished in the next hour.
Rostek says one building and a sailboat were damaged in the fire in a marshy area behind the Holiday Point Marina.
No injuries were reported. The fire was reported about 2 p.m. and nearly 100 firefighters responded to the scene.
