Fortunately, there were just a handful of employees and a couple of customers in a Burtonsville bank early Tuesday afternoon when a car came crashing through the front door.

The car went into the front lobby of the bank and became stuck in the entrance.

The driver of the car an elderly woman, police say, had a medical emergency and lost control.

Witnesses say she was trapped inside her car and those in the bank weren't able to get out either until emergency crews arrived.
