D.C. Council weighs budget request

The D.C. Council will be dealing with budget matters Tuesday.
Mayor Vincent Gray and other city leaders are schedule to brief council members on the mayor’s revised budget request for 2012.
It comes as the Council works on the city’s 2013 budget.
The Washington Times reports that the plan includes language that would allow the city to more control over its finances.
