Dietrich Baker arrested for killing James Ray Sherrod

Police arrested a 23-year-old NE man on charges that he shot and killed another man in D.C.
MPD arrested Dietrich Baker and charged him with second degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of James Ray Sherrod.
The shooting happened at about 1:40 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Kenilworth Terrace NE, one block west of D.C. 295.
