Francine Elaine Edwards arrested for setting Landover home on fire

Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman who set a man’s home on fire in Landover after an argument with him over the phone.
Francine Elaine Edwards was arrested on a warrant at a home in Arlington on Friday. She is charged with First and Second Degree Arson, First Degree Malicious Burning, and Arson Threat.
Authorities say Edwards is awaiting extradition from Arlington to Prince George's County.
