As the focus on excessive spending by the General Services Administration grows, the agency is facing even more controversy after the release of a spoof video lampooning the GSA's spending habits.

In the video, a GSA employee sings about what he would do if he were the agency's commissioner, including making sure that they were never under investigation by the Office of the Inspector General.

The employee, identified by ABC News as an employee in the Hawaiian office of he GSA, joked of spending money and vacation time.

The video's release comes on the heels of the resignation of Martha Johnson, the GSA's director, after word leaked out of a lavish Las Vegas convention that was held by the agency.

Hank Terlaje, the employee who made the video and sang the song, did not comment when reached by ABC News. A spokesperson, though, admonished the attitude portrayed in the clip.

“Our agency continues to be appalled by this indefensible behavior, and we are taking every step possible to ensure that nothing like this ever happens again.” GSA Deputy Press Secretary Adam Elkington told ABC.
