Metro officials considers unlimited 28-day pass
April 10, 2012 - 06:57 am
Frequent Metro riders may soon have a new option that could save big money.
The transit agency will recommend creating an unlimited 28-day pass at a board of directors meeting on Thursday.
It would cost $230 and would only be available on Smartrip cards.
The plan comes a day after Metro officials said the upcoming 2013 budget deficit would be $16 million less than expected.
