Metro suspends service to 3 Red Line stations

WASHINGTON (AP) - Metro is suspending red line train service to three stations for weekend track work as well as service to one station on the blue line.
Metro says that this weekend, customers traveling on the red line will have to take shuttle buses between the Silver Spring and Rhode Island Avenue stations.
The Takoma and Brookland stations will be closed, and the red line platform at the Fort Totten station will be closed.
In addition, on the blue line, customers will have to take buses to travel from Rosslyn to Pentagon, and the Arlington Cemetery station will be closed.
