Britain’s Sun newspaper reports police could question Pippa Middleton after she was spotted next to a man in a car aiming what appears to be a semi-automatic pistol at a photographer in Paris.

Legal experts say the man could be looking at serious jail time.

While it’s unlikely Pippa will face any changes, experts say she can be questioned by police.

But French police tell ABC7 News there is no investigation because no one has filed a complaint.
