Police have arrested David Dobbs, 54, and charged him with sexually assaulting a young girl at a Walmart store.

Dobbs was arrested after he was caught on surveillance video allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl inside a Walmart in California, Maryland.

Police then went through the store's security video for previous days and they say they saw Dobbs again. They say the video showed Dobbs inappropriately touching two other girls in the store. The youngest was ten years old.

Since his arrest police have continued their investigation and now believe Dobbs is responsible for a number of other sexual attacks on young girls inside stores in St. Mary's and Calvert Counties.
