Naked man spotted on George Washington Parkway

A naked man was seen walking along the George Washington Parkway Monday morning, U.S. Park Police confirm.

Drivers spotted the man walking near the Memorial Bridge and Roosevelt Island around 6 a.m. Monday and called police.
The man was picked up and taken to the hospital for observation, police say.
