A Virgina teacher who is facing charges after allegedly making inappropriate comments to one of his students has been dismissed from the school, officials say.

Zachary See, a former teacher at Seton School, a Catholic school in Manassas, is accused of sending inappropriate text messages to a student. Court documents say the explicit comments were found on the student's cell phone.

According to a search warrant of See's home, the investigation into the teacher's relationship with one of his students seems to have started after the student's parents came across inappropriate sexual text messages on the student's phone, even allegedly referencing the Seton students genitals.

In one text, See allegedly asks, "Did you know I liked you before?"

Authorities say the two went on to discuss having "crushes" on one another. But police say it got much more graphic, with See allegedly asking the male student about becoming *sexually excited* while at work.

See is charged with attempted indecent liberties with a minor after investigators say a Facebook message from the teen shows the two were planning to meet up outside of school.

That Facebook message --- sent after the teen's phone was taken by his parents -- read "I deleted all of our texts, but just in case. I have to call tomorrow off too....I'm so sorry."

See was released on bond. He's due in court July 18.
