Maryland dispatcher caught snoring in Montgomery County
May 22, 2012 - 05:02 pm
A 911 caller in Montgomery County faced a nightmare situation in April after the dispatcher she tried to contact was asleep.
The woman called 911 because her husband was turning blue and having difficulty breathing.
It's 5 minutes and 43 seconds into the emergency 911 call, before the dispatcher finally wakes up.
The snoring dispatcher, whose name is not being released, was working a typical 24 hour shift - when the incident happened shortly after midnight on April 4th.
