Baltimore-Washington Parkway crash kills both drivers

Two people were killed in a head-on collision on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway early Sunday morning.
Police say a minivan crossed over the median and into the southbound lanes of the parkway, just north of 193, striking an SUV head-on,
U.S. Park Police have identified the victims.
Mohammed Hossain, 22 of West Lawn, PA, the driver of the minivan, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Judith Shinogle, 49 of Southeast D.C. was driving the SUV that was struck. She was transported to an area hospital, where she later died.
For several hours, both northbound and southbound lanes were closed.
