Boy, 2, falls from Southeast building

A two-year-old boy is recovering Tuesday after falling three stories from a building in Southeast.
It happened Monday night in the 800 block of Chesapeake Street.
Sources say the toddler suffered head injuries but was conscious when taken to the hospital.
