Buckle up: 'Click It or Ticket' campaign begins

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s annual “Click It or Ticket” campaign gets underway Monday.
Police will be cracking down on drivers and passengers who aren’t wearing seatbelts.
In the above video, The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration's David Strickland appeared on ABC7’s Good Morning Washington to talk more about the initiative.
