Downed tree blocks SB Connecticut Avenue

A large tree fell in D.C. Monday morning, blocking the southbound lanes of Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area, located just after Bradley Boulevard.
There’s no word if anyone was injured in the incident.
