Elizabeth Tramonte indicted on charges of killing her 3-month-old

A 21-year-old Frederick woman was indicted on May 25 on charges that she killed her 3-month-old son.
The grand jury indicted Elizabeth O. Tramonte on charges of first-degree child abuse resulting in death, first-degree child abuse, and second-degree child abuse.
Authorities said the infant, Blake M. Tyeyar Tramonte, was found in November 2011 was found with injuries and in cardiac arrest. The child later died.
A medical examiner later determined that the cause of death was homicide.
