Friendship Heights Metro stabbing leaves one hurt; suspect arrested

A man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing near the Friendship Heights Metro Station.
Police say a man, between 20 and 30 years-old, was found suffering from a stab wounds just before 3 a.m. Thursday in the 5000 black of Wisconsin Avenue. He was taken to the hospital, but there’s no word on his condition at this time.
A 60-year-old man police say is responsible for the stabbing was arrested in the District, police say.
It’s not clear if charges will be filed against him.
Police say the two men may have been acquaintances.
