James Summers, Fairfax County police employee, arrested

An employee of the Fairfax County police department was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a woman in Manassas.

Prince William County Police arrested James Craig Summers, 55, of Burke, on Tuesday and charged him with forcible sodomy.

Police say Summers sexually assaulted a 42-year-old woman, a known acquaintance, in her residence.
